2) Ductile Iron fittings with branches conform to class K14

3) For calculating thickness e=K (0.5+0.001DN)

4) Allowable pressures for ductile iron socket joint fittings: for socket fittings, except

tees internal pressure

5) Ratings (PFA, PMA & PEA) are equal o that of class K9 pipes see table given under

calss K9 pipes. For socket

6) Tees internal pressure ratings (PFA, PMA & PEA) are less than that of K9 pipes
